Plyobox

The use of a plyobox in a training program allows the athlete to increase their explosiveness, develop extension and flexion of their hips while improving their cardio (increasing cardiovascular rate). 

Often referred to as a jump box or step-up, the plyobox is an increasingly popular cross training accessory in gyms and helps improve the athlete's joint mobility by working their glute muscles.
