Restore your sleep. Accelerate your recovery.
Developed in collaboration with professional footballer Álvaro Morata, the Flowglasses Night Sync 01 are nighttime recovery glasses designed to block disruptive artificial light and restore the body's natural circadian rhythm.
Their specialized red lenses filter blue and green wavelengths (400–570 nm) while allowing beneficial warm light to pass through, creating an ideal light environment to prepare the body for sleep.
Thanks to this technology, the glasses allow for a natural release of melatonin, facilitate falling asleep and promote a deep and restorative sleep, essential for physical and mental recovery.
Why wear light therapy glasses?
After sunset, artificial light (screens, LEDs) sends false signals to the brain, delaying the production of melatonin and making falling asleep more difficult. This disrupts sleep and recovery.
The Flowglasses Night Sync 02 - Morata Edition block blue and green wavelengths (400–550 nm) while allowing warmer light to pass through. The brain thus receives a clear signal indicating night, promoting a quick sleep onset, deeper sleep, and optimal recovery.
Their design with larger lenses and lightweight frame ensures uniform filtration and prolonged comfort, to support a stable circadian rhythm, even with exposure to modern light.
Balanced exposure to light influences the autonomic nervous system. Wearing red lenses in the evening promotes the transition from sympathetic activation (alert state) to parasympathetic recovery (rest state). This transition helps to reduce cortisol levels and promotes relaxation. While red light panels and infrared therapy target cellular metabolism, light therapy glasses regulate the brain's response to ambient light. They do not emit light; they manage how light reaches the retina.

Technology and light filtering
The red Night Sync 01 lenses block wavelengths from 400 to 570 nm, responsible for the suppression of melatonin and the maintenance of the nervous system in a state of wakefulness.
The remaining red light sends a clear signal to the brain indicating the end of the day, activating the parasympathetic response and preparing the body for rest.
The optical precision ensures clear and functional vision, while the stable frame maintains uniform filtration over the entire visual field, even in rooms with mixed lighting or screens.
Body effect and physiological benefits
Exposure to blue light in the evening sends a wake-up signal to the suprachiasmatic nucleus, the center regulating the circadian rhythm.
By blocking these specific wavelengths, the glasses restore the night signal, allowing melatonin to be naturally released.
